Our burgers are made from a recipe handed down through 3 generations of butchers. We use the same mix as our tasty sausages but to add to the flavour we add some tomato juice, onions & carrots. But the secret is in the preparation of our gourmet burgers so get some today for your next BBQ. Nan always said, Always cook with love but the preparation is most important!
