A locally produced honey from a local family owned business established in 2014 but has been in the family for over 50 years. Eungella honey is cold filtered and straight from the hive with nothing added and is available all year round. This tasty honey is very popular, great for a spread on toast or a sandwich but how about trying your own marinade, this is an excellent base for a honey soy marinade for your favourite cut of  Chicken, Beef, Pork and also a honey, mint & rosemary on Lamb.
