A quick and easy to cook leg of lamb which has been boned and butterflied. Great for the BBQ or oven. Marineted in a tasty rosemary and mint seasoning to enhance the flavour of the lamb.

What is Butterflying- A method of cutting meats so that it will lay flat and even. Difficult to describe without visual effects, but the meat is sliced in the center, without going all the way through, and opened to lay flat like the wings of a butterfly. $18 EACH
